Founded in 1990, "Spring Bull" is home to an impressive lineup of award winning, professional artists. The gallery also hosts ongoing exhibitions throughout the year featuring works of regional artists.
Located just down the street from the famous Viking Hotel and across the way from Newport Art Museum, Spring Bull Gallery is an enjoyable, friendly, gallery experience in an unhurried, authentic Artists' Gallery.

Winter Salt Marsh
I painted this Plein Air, and finished in my studio. Temp: 38 degrees, 15mph wind
I was so involved in the painting, I failed to notice the tide coming in. Suddenly I realize the legs of my easel were in the water. I quickly checked the tide chart and found that it was peaking.
I decided to continue. A magical day!
